Support, kindness, flexibility, communication and safety. These are key words when I looked extensively for my Mother. Working in the medical world I knew what was needed. After joining Arboria, I found a wonderful group of kind, supportive, creative people who provided comprehensive care and expertly anticipated needs. From administration to all the hands-on staff, my mother received very personal and ongoing attention, with many engaging opportunities. Communication was detailed and thorough, even an app to use! As her condition changed, they went out of their way to engage and solve problems. Nursing support is strong, responsive and available, activities were creative. Menu items were great and personalized. I strongly recommend the beautiful and loving care at Arborio, they far exceeded my expectations in every way!
Jeff has been a beacon this past year. His informative videos, his interaction with the residents, and his positive attitude have shined throughout this trying year. He rallies for the community and brings out the BEST in Arboria.
My mother was only at Arboria for a little while before she died, but we found the staff to be caring and very responsive to her needs. I highly recommend Arboria to those looking for assisted living arrangements.
Arboria of Long Grove is a wonderful and caring place for your loved one. My mother is in assisted living, but has some memory issues. So, I liked that there is an adjacent memory facility she can move into when needed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The caregivers and nurses are very attentive, helpful and caring. The activities are different everyday and so fun! My mom has only been there 7 months but she feels very save and very well cared for. She now calls Arboria “HOME”.
My father needed short-term assisted living while recovering from an injury. Arboria was able to accommodate him on very short notice. The staff went the extra mile to make him feel welcome and cared for in ways that mattered to him. They also kept him safe, active, and connected with friends and family–no small feat during a pandemic. Thanks, Arboria!
Hope you and all the staff have great holidays and more fun in ’21! Cheer
We just moved my mom in and it’s been a great experience. The staff is great with her and has done an outstanding job communicating with us! It’s a great place for her.
